1. Products & Services

DigiVerse.shop sells digital subscription products including OTT streaming service access and gaming-related digital goods. All products are digital in nature and are delivered electronically. We do not sell any physical goods.

• Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Credentials and access keys must not be shared publicly or resold.
• Each purchase is for a specific duration as specified on the product page.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. We use secure UPI Payment Gateways (FamPay / FamGateway) and authorized payment processors. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

• Payment is required upfront before product delivery.
• Failed payments are not processed. You will be notified if payment fails.
• We do not store any card or UPI PIN/credentials on our servers.

3. Product Delivery

Most products are delivered automatically within minutes of payment confirmation. In some cases, manual processing may be required and can take up to 24 hours. Credentials are delivered through the secure "My Subscriptions" section of your account.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your DigiVerse account or the product credentials you receive with unauthorized persons. Any unauthorized use of your account is your responsibility unless you promptly notify us.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting products purchased from us.
• Using automated systems or bots to make purchases.
• Providing false information during account registration or checkout.
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform's functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DigiVerse.shop, including text, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of DigiVerse.shop. Products sold through this platform are owned by their respective content providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigiVerse.shop is a reseller of digital subscription access. We are not responsible for content policy changes, platform outages, or service modifications made by the underlying service providers (e.g., Netflix, Spotify). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms, without refund, and without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
