Common Questions

Most orders are delivered within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. In rare instances of technical issues or verification delays, delivery will be completed within 24 hours.
First, try logging out and logging back in on the streaming platform. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket with your order ID and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
Refunds are available for undelivered products or confirmed delivery failures. Once credentials are accessed, products are generally non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
