1. Overview & Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of digiverse.shop and all subscription purchases from DigiVerse Digital Products ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing our platform or completing a payment via Razorpay Payment Gateway, you agree to these Terms and our policies.

2. Digital Subscription Reseller Services

DigiVerse is a digital subscription provider based in India. We provide user activation for digital tools including OTT streaming plans, AI software, design platforms, and security tools at discounted rates.

3. Orders & Payment Processing

All payments on DigiVerse are securely processed via Razorpay Payment Gateway supporting Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NetBanking, and Wallets in Indian Rupees (INR). Orders are processed automatically upon successful payment authorization by Razorpay.

4. Digital Delivery Policy

As all products are digital subscriptions, no physical items are shipped. Delivery of access credentials or activation details occurs digitally via WhatsApp or email within 0 to 2 hours of payment. Please read our full Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a subscription cannot be delivered or activated within 24 hours of payment, a 100% refund will be credited to your original payment source via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days. Please read our detailed Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate contact information (Name, Email, WhatsApp number) during checkout. You must not resell, share, or misuse subscription credentials provided by DigiVerse.
